Expect: clear scope and cost discussion, and design decisions made together.
Construction and Project Coordination
Work proceeds on site with coordinated trades, supervised workmanship and regular updates to you.
Expect: progress updates and a point of contact for questions.
Inspection and Handover
The completed building is inspected with you, outstanding items are addressed and the project is handed over.
Expect: a walk-through and a clear handover.
